As You Are Centre

As You Are is a new organisation providing low-cost counselling and group work for depression, stress and anxiety for people living in Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Southwick, Shoreham, Lancing and Worthing.

The centre incorporates the team from Here & Now Counselling and new counsellors. Over the last 7 years we built up a reputation and have been recommended by GPs, agencies and by word of mouth. As You Are continues to provide low-cost counselling for people experiencing depression, stress and anxiety and will run groups, workshops, training days and a pet bereavement service.
